Hotel Policies

*Check-in 3:00pm, Check-out 11am

*Advance deposit by credit card required on all reservations

*Minimum age requirement to make a reservation is 21 years of age

*In accordance with state law, we are a non-smoking property. Smoking in any of our rooms will result in a $500 fine & cleaning fee.

Rate Policy

*Rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum 2 guests per room, excluding suites.

*No charge for children under 10 years of age, $25 charge per additional person.

*Weekends in season are subject to a 2 night minimum requirement.

*Rates & policies are subject to change. Rates may vary at any time based on demand & special events.

*Rates are subject to 8% tourism tax & 4% service charge

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation deadline is 5 days prior to your arrival date by 3 pm for a refund of your deposit less a $30 cancellation fee. Failure to cancel by the deadline forfeits the entire deposit.

Parking

*Hotel parking is limited to four designated spaces on the adjacent, M & T parking lot. Parking permits are issued at check-in to all guests. Availability in these designated spots are on a first come, first served basis. On street parking is available for free, year-round on the residential streets surrounding the hotel. Off-season parking is available for free on the adjacent M&T parking lot.

Pet Policy

*Pet friendly rooms are limited and can only be booked by calling the hotel directly. There is a $100 pet fee/per stay. We allow two small dogs (under 25lbs) or 1 large dog (maximum 50lbs). Pets are limited to dogs & cats, they must be fully trained and appropriately restrained at all times.

Please do not leave your pet unattended in your guest room.

We ask that you clean up after your pet in the designated area and within all surrounding neighborhoods.

Please be mindful that any excessive noise must be curtailed to ensure fellow guests are not inconvenienced.

You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet.
